PAGANELLI RESIDENCE
Built for our amazing clients, we were blown away by just how much we fit into this 1800 sq foot custom home. Limited by the narrow lots often associated with the Island of Coronado, we worked tirelessly with the home owner to squeeze every once out of the space. To date, one of our favorite builds. Fun Fact: we also built them a 630 sq ft ADU in the back, making this a fully utilized piece of property.
